Return Policy
There are NO REFUNDS. Our exchange policy is 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received your purchase, we will not be able to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sophisticated Charm tag MUST REMAIN ATTACHED TO YOUR ITEM(S). Sale items are not exchangeable. This does not include items purchased with a promo code, those are exchangeable.
Once we receive your item(s), please allow 3 business days for your item(s) to be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you of the exchange status.

Customer is to pay shipping both ways on merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items will be shipped the next business day. Shipping is via UPS.
